**Job Title: Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Industry:** IT / Consulting**About the Role**We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Fusion EPM Consultant** to join our delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the **implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions**.This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation partners to **translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions**, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.**Key Responsibilities** * Lead **end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations** (requirement gathering to deployment) * Work closely with business users on: * Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting * Financial Consolidation * Cash Flow & Financial Reporting * Management & Statutory Reporting * Tax Reporting * Design, configure, and customize Oracle EPM solutions based on business needs * Conduct workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts * Translate business requirements into system/process designs aligned with EPM best practices * Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations * Support **testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution** * Develop basic scripts (calculation scripts, load rules) * Integrate EPM solutions with existing systems and databases * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements * Stay updated with Oracle EPM product roadmap and innovations **Required Skills & Expertise** * Strong hands-on experience with **Oracle Cloud EPM Suite** * Deep understanding of **finance and accounting concepts** * Experience in **OUM (Oracle Unified Methodology)** * Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills * Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience **Qualifications** * **Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory** * **8–10 years of experience** in IT / Consulting * Minimum **4–5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations** * Strong functional expertise in: * Accounting * Budgeting & Costing * Financial Reporting * Taxation * Proficiency in **English (mandatory)**; Arabic is a plus * Ability to work in a **client-facing consulting environment** **How to Apply**Interested candidates can share their updated resume to: **[email protected]**
