Position: OTC Sales ManagerCompany: GETZ PharmaBased in: ErbilResponsible Territory: Kurdistan Region & North Iraq (Erbil, Duhok, Sulaymaniyah, Kirkuk, and Mosul)GETZ Pharma is currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified OTC Line Manager to join our team and lead OTC operations across KRG and North Iraq.Eligibility Criteria:* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or any medical-related field (preferred).* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in OTC or pharmaceutical sales (preferably in a managerial role).* Languages: Kurdish and Arabic are mandatory. English is an advantage.* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.* Good knowledge of OTC market and pharmacy channels in Iraq/KRG.* Own a personal car (mandatory for field operations).* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.* Ability to manage multi-city operations and field teams.* Male gender preferred.Key Responsibilities:* Lead, coach, and develop the OTC sales team across all five cities.* Achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets for the OTC portfolio.* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize business growth.* Ensure effective territory management and optimal customer coverage.* Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers, and key accounts.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.* Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.* Coordinate with marketing to ensure successful execution of promotional activities.* Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.* Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.* Market share growth across assigned territories.* Distribution coverage and product availability levels.* Customer coverage and call productivity.* OTC portfolio growth and new product penetration.* Team performance and development.* Execution quality of trade and promotional activities.* Reporting accuracy and timeliness.* Territory growth versus previous year performance.If you're interested in applying, please send your CV with a recent photo toEmail: [email protected] without photos will be neglected.Please write in the subject line: (Your Name) / Erbil - OTC LineManagerDeadline for receiving CVs: 20 June.Regards.#ActiveRemedy #GetzPharma #Erbil
