Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. **Job Description:** **Payroll Assistant Accountant ( UAE National )** **Abu Dhabi - UAE** We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated graduate to join our finance team as a Payroll Assistant Accountant. The candidate will support payroll processing and assist with basic accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in processing monthly payroll for employees * Maintain and update employee payroll records * Calculate salaries, overtime, unpaid leave and deductions etc. * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws * Handle employee payroll-related queries * Support month-end closing activities * Assist with reconciliations and financial reports Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/BBA) * Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience * Basic knowledge of accounting principles * Strong MS Excel skills * Good numerical and analytical ability * Attention to detail and confidentiality * Basic knowledge of payroll systems/software is a plus Preferred Skills: * Time Management and ability to meet deadlines. * Familiarity with payroll software * Understanding of GCC labor law and WPS system * Good communication skills Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
