PEB Engineer (Pre-Engineered Building Engineer)

**Now Hiring: PEB Engineer (Pre-Engineered Building Engineer)** Dubai, UAE | Full-Time Company: Mana Advisory LLC We are looking for an experienced **PEB Engineer** to join our growing construction team. **Key Responsibilities:** **Estimation & Commercial Management** * Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing, and tender submissions based on project requirements * Handle budgeting, manpower planning, and project duration estimates * Manage variation orders (VO), interim payments, final accounts, and cost comparison reports * Maintain strong knowledge of market rates and develop supplier/vendor networks **Engineering, Quality & Site Operations** * Coordinate with clients and consultants for drawing reviews, revisions, and approvals * Conduct value engineering to optimize costs and design efficiency * Ensure compliance with project specifications and international engineering standards * Support QA/QC documentation, inspections, method statements, ITPs, and technical reports * Monitor site progress, manpower, and daily activities to ensure safe execution as per approved drawings **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field * Proven experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) * Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience preferred * Strong background in estimation, tendering, and commercial management * Knowledge of QA/QC and site coordination * Proficiency in Excel and engineering/estimation software **How to Apply:** Send your CV to **[email protected]** Subject line: **Application – PEB Engineer** Join our team and be part of exciting construction projects in the UAE.
