We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Philipino** **Sales Executive** to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Philipino-speaking clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive individual who understands cultural nuances, has strong communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Sales Generation:**
* Identify, target, and secure new Chinese-speaking clients to meet sales targets.
* Promote the company's products/services to potential clients through presentations, meetings, and events.
* **Client Relationship Management:**
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with Chinese-speaking customers.
* Act as the main point of contact for inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
* **Market Research:**
* Analyze the Chinese market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
* Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
* **Negotiation & Closing:**
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
* Ensure adherence to company policies during the sales process.
* **Coordination & Collaboration:**
* Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
* **Reporting:**
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
* Prepare and submit sales reports to the Sales Manager as required.
