**JOB SUMMARY** We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and manage construction projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project specifications. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects. * Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Supervise site activities and monitor construction progress. * Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities. * Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements. * Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout project execution. * Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management. * Assist in project planning, estimation, and tendering activities. **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or building projects. * Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and industry standards. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and project management software. * Strong understanding of structural, geotechnical, and construction engineering principles. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. * UAE driving license is preferred. * Membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage. **Preferred Experience** * Experience with residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects in the UAE. * Familiarity with local authority approval processes. * Experience working with consultants, developers, and contractors. **Benefits** * Competitive salary package * Health insurance * Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law * Air ticket allowance * Performance-based incentives Work Location: In person
