Pipeline Foreman

**Qualifications** * 3-5 years of pipeline construction or maintenance experience * Previous supervisory or foreman experience * Strong knowledge of pipeline installation methods and safety standards * Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents * Familiarity with heavy equipment operations * Good leadership and communication skills **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise pipeline construction or maintenance crews on-site * Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to workers * Read and interpret pipeline drawings, blueprints, and specifications * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations * Monitor welding, trenching, coating, hydrotesting, and pipe laying activities * Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved * Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and project managers * Maintain daily progress reports, timesheets, and site documentation * Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely operated * Resolve field issues and operational delays efficiently * Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings * Manage material usage and inventory on-site Ability to commute/relocate: * Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Application Question(s): * The project will be in Al Amerah, Al Ain so the interview will be there as well.
