Planning Engineer

**Position:** Planning Engineer – Roads & Infrastructure **Experience Required:** Minimum 5+ Years **Industry:** Civil Construction / Roads & Infrastructure Key Responsibilities * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for roads and infrastructure projects. * Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans. * Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks. * Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project timelines. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and presentations. * Analyze project performance against planned schedules and recommend corrective actions. * Assist in resource planning, manpower forecasting, and productivity monitoring. * Review project scope, drawings, BOQs, and contract requirements for planning purposes. * Maintain project planning documentation and records. * Support claims preparation, extension of time (EOT), and project reporting activities. Requirements * Minimum 5+ years of experience in Roads & Infrastructure projects. * Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Ability to analyze project schedules, delays, and resource requirements. * Good understanding of construction sequences for roads, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure works.
