Planning Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Engineer with strong experience in UAE construction projects. The ideal candidate must have successfully completed at least one full project cycle and possess solid project planning and scheduling expertise. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, update, and monitor project schedules and execution plans * Track project progress to ensure timely completion of milestones * Coordinate effectively with site teams, consultants, and project managers * Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports * Identify potential delays and assist in developing recovery strategies * Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and specifications **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline * Minimum 2 years of construction experience (mandatory) * Proven experience in completing at least one full project. * Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project (mandatory) * Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills * Language proficiency: English and any of the following – Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour Work Location: In person
