Planning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Develop baseline programs, recovery programs, and revised schedules. * Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants. * Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions. * Track manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity against project plans. * Prepare look-ahead schedules and resource histograms. * Participate in project meetings and provide planning support. * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project milestones. * Support tender planning and preparation of project timelines. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the UAE construction industry. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project sequencing. * Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred. * Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
