Planning Engineer

**Company:** Joseph Advertisers **Job Title:** Planning Engineer **Location**: Dubai, UAE **Employment Type**: Full time **Job Summary:** Joseph Advertisers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring and updating project plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects and supporting project teams with accurate planning and reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop detailed project schedules, baseline programs and work plans using software * Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance * Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports * Identify potential delays and propose mitigation and recovery plans * Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement and other stakeholders * Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation * Assist in cost control and forecasting in coordination with the commercial team * Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements * Support tender planning and preparation of preliminary schedules **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical or related field) * Strong proficiency in: Primavera P6 / MS Project & Advanced MS Excel * Good understanding of Project lifecycle and scheduling techniques, Construction / signage / maintenance project workflows * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent coordination and communication abilities **How to apply:** Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by using below mentioned google form link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfDZFvw00oHu2BkLtLFsuQ9hlXr0nVCrnQItgsn9AKFLkGm6A/viewform?usp=header Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
