Planning Engineer

Job Overview (**Immediate joiner must have Landscaping Projects experience**) We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled planning Engineer with having experience in landscaping projects to join our team. Landscaping planning Engineer Responsibilities & Duties * Developing and implementing project plans and schedules * Coordinating with project managers and other team members to align project objectives and strategies * Identifying and managing project risks and issues, proposing solutions when necessary * Tracking and analyzing project progress, adjusting schedules as required * Estimating costs and resources required for projects * Ensuring all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards * Providing technical support and advice to the project team * Generating project reports for senior management and stakeholders * Working closely with clients to understand project requirements and objectives * Collaborating with contractors and suppliers to negotiate costs and schedules. * Design, plan and execute complex landscape projects as per schedule, including site analysis, schematic design, and construction documentation. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. * Provide technical support for all stages of project development and construction * Prepare cost estimates, construction schedules and specifications. * Supervise the construction and installation of projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. * Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes Qualifications & Skills * Proven experience with planning software. * Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale projects * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems * Experience with budget management and financial forecasting * Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant engineering * 3-4 years of professional experience in landscaping project's planning and engineering. * Strong technical knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
