Planning Engineer

**Key Responsibilities** * **Project Scheduling:** Develop, update, and maintain detailed baseline project schedules using **Primavera P6** or **MS Project**. * **Progress Monitoring:** Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress on-site, perform variance analysis, and identify critical path activities. * **Reporting:** Prepare and present professional periodic progress reports (Weekly/Monthly), histograms, and S-curves for management and clients. * **Resource & Cost Loading:** Assist in resource allocation and cost loading to optimize project performance and tracking. * **Coordination & Risk Management:** Coordinate effectively with site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to identify potential delays and implement mitigation plans. **Requirements & Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Management). * **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in Construction * **Language:** **Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory.** All reporting, documentation, and professional communication will be conducted in English. * **Software Skills:** High proficiency in **Primavera P6**, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel. * **Key Skills:** Strong analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills.
