Planning Engineer for Supervision

**Requirements / Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling construction projects. * Strong experience in high-rise buildings or large-scale developments. * Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. * Well-versed in FIDIC contract conditions and their application in planning and claims. * Strong knowledge of project controls, cost and resource loading, and risk analysis. * Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. * Familiarity with Dubai authority procedures is an advantage. * A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai **Responsibilities:** * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery. * Review the Contractor's baseline programs, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims. * Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation measures. * Review the Contractor's submissions of the weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and forwarding to the client. * Prepare monthly consultant report for the client. * Ensure compliance with contract requirements and planning procedures. **Position: Planning Engineer for Supervision** **Location:** Dubai **Industry:** Engineering Consultancy **To Apply:** Qualified candidates may send their CV to [email protected] with the subject line: Planning Engineer for Supervision – Dubai Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
