***Urgent Opening for Plumbing Draftsman*** *(Candidates who need to serve 30 days notice period kindly ignore this post)* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Create plumbing drawings and schematics for residential and commercial projects. - Consult with clients, engineers, and architects to develop plumbing plans and specifications. - Develop plumbing and Drainage layouts for a variety of projects. - Prepare detailed drawings of plumbing systems, including both rough-in and fixtures. - Develop plumbing installation specifications and materials list for residential and commercial projects. - Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. - Collaborate with other drafters to ensure accuracy of plumbing drawings. - Update existing drawings as needed to reflect changes in design or project scope. - Regularly review work to ensure accuracy and quality. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE: - Minimum 4 years of experience as Plumbing Draftsman in a Contracting company -Experience required preferably in GCC - Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics, and other technical documents. -Knowledge of plumbing engineering principles, materials, and regulations. -Proficiency in using AutoCAD software -Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings -Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment ***Candidate should be available in UAE and ready to join on an immediate basis.*** Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available in UAE?
