**Plumbing Draftsman** **Company:** Universal BIM Technical Services LLC **Location:** United Arab Emirates **Job Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Universal BIM Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Plumbing Draftsman** to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate plumbing shop drawings and coordinating plumbing systems to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings in accordance with project requirements and approved designs. * Develop layouts for water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. * Coordinate with MEP engineers and BIM teams to ensure design accuracy and effective system integration. * Revise and update drawings based on consultant, client, and project team feedback. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and applicable codes. * Support project coordination, documentation, and construction-related activities. Requirements * 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing Draftsman. * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit is an added advantage. * Good understanding of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems. * Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings and specifications. * Must be currently available in the UAE. * Immediate joiners will be given preference. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
