Portfolio Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of properties and clients, developing investment strategies, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring maximum portfolio performance and client satisfaction. The role requires strong market knowledge, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage high-value client relationships within the UAE real estate sector. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties * Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers * Develop portfolio growth strategies to maximize returns and occupancy levels * Analyze market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities within the UAE real estate market * Advise clients on property investments, acquisitions, and portfolio diversification * Monitor portfolio performance and prepare regular reports for management and clients * Coordinate with sales, leasing, and marketing teams to ensure portfolio objectives are achieved * Negotiate contracts, renewals, and property agreements * Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations * Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth * Maintain accurate records and portfolio data within CRM systems Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field * Minimum 1–5 years of experience in portfolio management, real estate brokerage, or property investment within the UAE * Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and investment landscape * Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills * Strong analytical and financial reporting abilities * Proven ability to manage high-value portfolios and client accounts * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite * UAE driving license is preferred * RERA certification is an advantage What We Offer * Competitive salary package + performance incentives * Career advancement opportunities * Supportive and professional work environment * Marketing and administrative support * Visa and medical insurance as per UAE labor law * Continuous training and professional development Ideal Candidate Profile * Strategic thinker with strong business acumen * Client-focused and relationship-driven * Highly organized with excellent time management skills * Ability to work under pressure and achieve portfolio targets * Passion for real estate investments and market growth Interested candidates are invited to share their updated CV for consideration:- [email protected] Work Location: In person
