* JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Presales & Solution Engineer is responsible for supporting technical presales activities from opportunity qualification until proposal submission. The role focuses on developing commercially viable and technically compliant solutions aligned with ICIF’s Smart Building, ELV, Infrastructure, AV, and integrated technology solutions portfolio. The role is expected to operate in a dynamic and evolving environment, supporting both technical solution development and operational business needs in alignment with ICIF’s growth stage. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Solution development and design for smart home, automation, smart building and infrastructure Services. · Be an integral part of the bidding process by preparing/collating technical documentation. · Identify all functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts. · Assist Account Managers in pre-qualifying business opportunities. · Prepare and deliver pre-sales presentations and professional demos to customers communicating product and technical solutions. · Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, compliance statements, cost sheets, and scope documentation · Maintain updated knowledge of technologies, competitors, and market trends · Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for pre-sales technical questions/issues. · Asses and analyze customer technical requirements to propose service and/or process improvements, enhancements or new product introductions to best meet customers’ objectives with building Proposals / SoW / HLD / LLD / cost sheet. · Manage and interpret customer requirements and use questioning skills to understand, anticipate and exceed customer needs. · Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's and competitors’ products or services, industry related news and supplier product’s knowledge. · Engaging with Sales in the field for meetings and presentations. · Assist sales in doing POCs. · Assist and participate in developing RFI, RFP, RFQ QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS · Advanced English (verbal & written), Arabic preferred · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent presentation skills · Strong technical skills in Smart Building, Audio/Video Systems, ELV, BMS designs · Strong sense of commitment and responsibility · Bachelor degree or equivalent · Total 5-7 years of Experience where 3-5 years in Smart Building Solution. · Sound knowledge of market and industry trends · Experience with a wide range of technologies and services (CCTV, Low Current, BMS, structure cabling, , etc…) · Commercial awareness and understanding of project margins · Experience working with contractors, consultants, and technology partners · Experience with IoT Platforms. نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
