### **Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and development of our key product lines. The Principal Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and market needs. This role requires a proven leader with deep product management expertise, a strong technical understanding, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from conception to launch and beyond. You will mentor other product managers, influence cross-functional teams, and act as a primary evangelist for your product area.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's long-term objectives and market opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market analysis, customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
* Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
* Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
* Serve as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Mentor and coach junior and senior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the product organization.
* Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, regularly analyzing data to inform product iterations and strategic decisions.
* Champion the product internally and externally, presenting to executives, customers, and industry events.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks and dependencies related to product development and launch.
