**Principal Structural Engineer** **Company:** Krone Solar Qatar **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Salary:** QAR 37,000 **Job Overview** Krone Solar Qatar is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Structural Engineer to lead structural engineering projects and provide technical expertise for large-scale industrial, commercial, and infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will oversee structural design, project coordination, and engineering compliance while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead structural engineering design and analysis for major construction and infrastructure projects * Review structural calculations, drawings, and technical specifications * Ensure compliance with international engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations * Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and construction teams * Conduct structural assessments, inspections, and risk evaluations * Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers * Support project planning, tender evaluations, and contractor management * Resolve complex engineering and construction challenges efficiently * Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and engineering recommendations **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering * Master’s Degree or Professional Engineering License is an advantage * Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural engineering and project leadership * Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar tools * Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects * Strong understanding of international construction standards and safety regulations * Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills * Ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholders * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities * Experience in GCC or Middle East projects is preferred الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل شهر موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
