Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Principal Structural Engineer** to lead structural design initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align engineering strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust structural solutions that support growth, safety, and long-term competitiveness. Key Responsibilities * **Structural Design**: Lead the design and implementation of structural systems for major infrastructure projects. * **Project Oversight**: Manage engineering teams, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project success. * **Risk Management**: Identify structural risks and propose mitigation strategies. * **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety requirements. * **Innovation Leadership**: Drive adoption of advanced modeling tools, sustainable materials, and digital engineering practices. * **Collaboration**: Partner with architects, contractors, and project managers to align structural solutions with business objectives. * **Mentorship**: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. * 12+ years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of **structural engineering frameworks** and GCC construction environments. * Expertise in structural analysis software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000) and BIM tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills. * Experience in multinational or regional infrastructure organizations preferred.
