Procurement Engineer

* Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. * Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with potential suppliers and vendors. * Collaborate with engineering teams and project managers to determine technical requirements and specifications for needed materials and equipment. * Create and distribute Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to potential vendors. * Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify optimal procurement options within budget constraints. * Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable contract terms and conditions. * Oversee the entire ordering process, from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. * Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary. * Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical business practices, and relevant regulations. * Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. * Stay informed about market trends and advancements in supply chain management practices. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Work Exprience in a Contracting Company and Landscape Industry preferred. * Strong technical knowledge relevant to the industry * Excellent negotiation and communication skills * Proficiency in data analysis and cost management * Experience with procurement software and ERP systems * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Skills: * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders * Proficiency in contract management and supplier performance evaluation Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * procurement: 6 years (Required) Location: * Dubai (Required) Work Location: In person
