Procurement Engineer

**Job Description:** We are seeking an **Arabic** Procurement Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities related to construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review project requirements and prepare material take-offs. * Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors. * Prepare RFQs and analyze quotations. * Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules. * Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and finance department. * Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * Previous experience in procurement within construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). * Arabic speaker Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
