Procurement Engineer

* Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies * Source, evaluate, and select suppliers and subcontractors * Negotiate contract terms, prices, and delivery schedules * Manage purchase orders and procurement documentation * Monitor vendor performance and ensure contract compliance * Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services * Coordinate with project, finance, and site teams * Maintain accurate procurement records and reports * Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices * Experience in construction materials and services * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Ability to read contracts, specifications, and drawings * Minimum 3+ years of procurement experience in construction * ERP/procurement software experience is an advantage * Bachelors Degree in Engineering(Civil ,Mechanical, Electrical or related field) Work Location: In person
