Production Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Production Assistant to support and oversee slaughterhouse operations. This role includes coordinating activities across Finance, Sales, Warehouse, Quality, and Production departments while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.The selected candidate will also manage the MeatSys system, integrate it with SAP, and provide operational support to the Slaughterhouse Manager.Key Responsibilities• Oversee slaughterhouse daily operations• Coordinate workflow between departments• Manage animal registration, weighing, tagging, and data entry• Operate and maintain MeatSys system with SAP integration• Provide reports to Finance for SAP records• Monitor stock levels and update system data• Prepare daily production plans• Ensure proper system/device functionality• Review data accuracy and prepare end-of-day reports• Train staff on system processes• Analyze operational data for decision-making
