Position Overview We are seeking a Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee and coordinate factory production activities, ensuring efficient manufacturing, quality compliance, and timely delivery of aluminum and façade systems. The successful candidate will work closely with design, planning, procurement, and project teams to optimize production processes and achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities for aluminum and façade systems. * Coordinate with design, project, and procurement teams to ensure production schedules are achieved. * Review shop drawings, cutting lists, and production requirements before fabrication. * Monitor fabrication processes to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards. * Optimize production efficiency, resource utilization, and workflow processes. * Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety requirements. * Coordinate material requirements with procurement and warehouse teams. * Monitor manpower allocation and production performance. * Identify and resolve production-related issues to minimize delays. * Maintain production reports and provide regular updates to management. * Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * 4–8 years of experience in aluminum, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or architectural metal works production. * Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and façade manufacturing systems. * Experience in curtain wall, unitized systems, doors, windows, cladding, and architectural metal works. * Ability to interpret shop drawings and production documentation. * Strong understanding of factory operations, production planning, and quality control procedures. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and production-related software. * Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. * UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
