Production Engineer- With own Visa

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Production Engineer** to join our steel fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities in the fabrication workshop. * Prepare production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects. * Coordinate with project managers, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams to meet project requirements. * Review engineering drawings, fabrication details, and production specifications. * Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity. * Monitor production progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays and downtime. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. * Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the production process. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and performance. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or manufacturing industries. * Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, cutting, and assembly operations. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning software. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in structural steel fabrication projects. * Knowledge of quality control procedures and production management systems. * Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
