Production Technician – Filling

Competitive intelligence & Process optimization. ### **Activités** **Vision, Mission, and Policies:** * Ensure daily work fully reflects TELBU’s vision, mission, and HSSEQ policies by following the Group HSEQ Charter, strictly applying Company Rules, complying with One‑Maestro standards, and performing every task safely and as per approved HSSEQ procedures and protocols. **Production Operations** **Production Facility:** * Small Pack filling * Big Pack filling . * Fully automated high speed Small Pack filling unit, equipped with high technology controls equipment and systems, * Automated drum filling unit, Lines. * Automated pails filling unit. **Operational environments:** * Filling of different SKU’s (Small pack) & Filling of different SKU’s (Drums + pails pack). * Filling on small pack filling lines & on big pack. * Automated Label storage unit & other facilities namely Label Applicator machine, Automated strapping machine, Robot, Pick and Place units, Case Former units, online can/cartons weight checker units /Capping Machines, Caps /Labels detection systems, inject can printer, Unscramble unit. * Automated Empty drums storage unit & other facilities namely Label printers, Automated Drums strapping machine, automated drum palletizer & Laser engraving machine. * Lean cure tool for Productivity measurement, Print and apply Software for label applications on Cartons & Code soft software for inhouse label printing. **Task:** * Responsible for filling operations at filling line – Small & Big packs (Drums & pails). * Adherence to Standard operating procedures for filling operations at all times. * Able to understand filling machine working and manage changeovers / Filling machine operations including automation. * Be responsible to Production Supervisor (Filling) / Production Engineer for productivity of the operation and able to explain the outcomes logically. Perform the role of Production Supervisor (Filling) in his absence. * To contribute, meet and improve upon the KPI & EnPI targets as set towards overall QHSE and Energy objectives. * Be responsible to Production Engineer for reporting any non – conformities identified during Production and / dispatch process. * Control of quality and safety in operations, as he is the first in line and exposure to QHSE can be high due to unsafe acts on quality / safety concerned. * Maintain and improve 5S & Visual management in work area and participate in KAIZEN implementation program. * Charging of VI Polymer in VI batches and in standard operating time. * Be responsible to perform role of Jetty/Tank Farm Operator during Base oil Shipment offloading. * Be responsible for decantation operation as per standard procedure as and when required. * Be responsible to perform role of Production Operator (Blending & Bulk) as and when required. * Maintain and Improve productivity levels on the filling lines by meeting KPI such as, MT per Man-hour, productivity per filling machine etc. * Be responsible to maintain high standard of housekeeping in work area. * Adhere to Waste management guidelines and segregation of waste on Filling lines. * Adhere to loss control management process as per standard procedure. * Ensure operations of the filling line are well coordinated to lead to acceptable productivity levels. * Ensure Operability of all Quality interlocks all the time at filling lines to achieve NO Quality complaints from internal /external customers. * Train and guide subordinates well in time, for achieving the daily filling targets. Operational Training to new joiner in work area. * Ensure optimum utilization of resources to Production Engineer -Filling reach his Productivity objectives. * Ability to master overall operations to ensure complete control over valves / processes being operated. * Be able to do some small maintenance in filling lines independently and Troubleshooting using his/her technical competence and skills. **HSSEQ Management:** * Participate in Health and safety risk assessment and critical task analysis, HSSEQ training, safety tours, Plant general inspection, Behavioural safety visits, and internal & external audits. * Participate in Sustainab’ALL programs focused on TE 5 levers including energy improvement and CO2 reduction projects to achieve the company's 2030 and 2050 environmental goals. * Understand the QHSE & Energy Ma
