Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of UAE fit-out experience to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: \* Plan, coordinate, and supervise fit-out works on site. \* Manage project execution to ensure completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards. \* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. \* Review drawings, specifications, and project documents. \* Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports. \* Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. \* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. \* Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics. \* Attend project meetings and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders. \* Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and project documentation. \* Lead and support site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Requirements: \* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. \* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects. \* Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes and project management. \* Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. \* Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. \* UAE Driving License is preferred.
