We are committed to delivering exceptional construction solutions and are looking for a dedicated **Project Engineer** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * **5-7 years of proven experience** in project engineering or construction management. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. * Proven track record in villa construction projects. * Proficient in project management software and tools. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. * Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary. * Review contract documents and manage contractual obligations. * Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
