Junior Project Engineer – UAE **Job Title:** Junior Project Engineer **Location:** UAE **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines. Candidates with experience in electrical, mechanical, pipeline, infrastructure, or construction projects will be preferred. **Knowledge of AutoCAD will be considered an added advantage.** Key Responsibilities * Assist Project Managers and Senior Engineers in the planning and execution of projects. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Prepare and review technical documents, shop drawings, method statements, and project reports. * Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule. * Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. * Track material requirements, procurement status, and site deliveries. * Maintain project documentation, records, and correspondence. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Support quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost control activities. * Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies. * Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action trackers. * Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. * Identify project risks and escalate issues to management when required. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience in project engineering, construction, MEP, infrastructure, or industrial projects. * Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. * Good understanding of engineering drawings and project documentation. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage. * UAE driving license is preferred. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
