Position Overview Euro Systems is seeking an experienced Project Engineer – Façade to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing façade engineering activities, coordinating project execution, supporting installation teams, and ensuring successful delivery of façade, curtain wall, glazing, and aluminum projects in Qatar. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with architects, consultants, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. * Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies for façade systems and building envelope solutions. * Prepare and review façade design proposals, technical submissions, shop drawings, material specifications, and engineering documentation. * Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. * Review fabrication drawings, installation drawings, and construction documents. * Monitor site progress and conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Provide technical guidance and support to installation and site teams. * Track project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables. * Assist in resolving technical challenges and project-related issues. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors regarding technical clarifications and project updates. * Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and updated. * Stay informed about the latest façade technologies, industry standards, and engineering best practices. Technical Knowledge Required * Curtain Wall Systems * Unitized and Stick Façade Systems * Structural Glazing * Aluminum Doors and Windows * ACP Cladding Systems * Skylights and Canopies * Architectural Metal Works * Building Envelope Systems * Façade Engineering and Installation Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field. * 3–8 years of experience in Façade Engineering, Aluminum & Glazing, or Building Envelope Projects. * Strong knowledge of façade design, engineering, fabrication, and installation processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, and other engineering software. * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings. * Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Knowledge of Qatar construction regulations, building codes, and industry standards is preferred. * Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or high-rise projects is an advantage. * Valid GCC driving license is preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Master's Degree in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage. * Experience with sustainable building design and green building standards. * Experience working on large-scale façade and curtain wall projects within the GCC.
