Site-led engineering for complex building delivery Was für uns zählt Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5+ years of experience in building construction projects within the UAE Proven experience in civil and building works, including structural and architectural elements Exposure to steel structure works is highly desirable Proven background in building projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use developments) Demonstrated site-based experience with direct involvement in construction execution and coordination Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and subcontractor management Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving site environments with multiple concurrent work fronts Willingness to maintain an active on-site presence and engage directly with field operations Good communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams STRABAG - More than just a construction company Ihr Beitrag bei uns Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site execution activities across civil and building works, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements Act as a key site-based point of coordination between project management, subcontractors, and site execution teams Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality to ensure delivery standards are consistently achieved Support sequencing and execution planning in coordination with the Project Manager and site leadership team Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address technical and execution-related issues as they arise Ensure effective coordination across structural, architectural, and finishing works on active building projects Maintain strong on-site presence, actively engaging with workforce and subcontractors to ensure disciplined execution of works Support daily site control and coordination activities, including early morning site attendance where required Contribute to practical problem-solving and adaptation of construction methodologies based on site conditions Provide input into site reporting, progress tracking, and coordination documentation as required Unser Mehrwert für Sie We stand for respect, partnership, and sustainability, creating a work environment that promotes safety, health, and development.
