Project Engineer – Façade

**Job Title:** Project Engineer – Façade **Location:** Al Quoz **Company:** Euro Systems **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Description: Euro Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer specializing in façade systems to join our dynamic team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution and coordination of façade projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client specifications, project timelines, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with architects, consultants, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives * Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for façade systems and architectural solutions * Review and coordinate design proposals, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details * Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth project execution * Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones * Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are met * Provide technical support and guidance to installation and site teams during execution * Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to address technical queries and project concerns * Ensure compliance with local building codes, project specifications, and company standards * Assist in material approvals, method statements, and technical submissions * Stay updated on industry trends, façade technologies, and engineering best practices Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Minimum 3–10 years of experience in façade engineering or façade project execution * Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, glazing systems, cladding, skylights, and aluminum façade works * Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and other engineering/design tools * Excellent project coordination and communication skills * Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and façade installation methods * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines * Knowledge of UAE building regulations and façade industry standards * UAE driving license is an advantage Preferred Skills: * Experience in high-rise, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects * Familiarity with sustainable façade solutions and green building standards * Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities * Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Salary & Benefits: * Competitive salary package based on experience * Visa and medical insurance as per UAE Labor Law * Career growth opportunities within the organization * Professional and collaborative work environment Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
