Project Engineer

**Minimum Qualifications:** * Diploma/ B.E. / B. Tech Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Equivalent). **Minimum Experience:** * 3 - 8 years post qualification experience in a structured progressive E-House Fabrication , relevant experience in project engineering or coordination roles. * Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, preferably in [e.g., construction, oil & gas, E-houses ,data centre etc.]. * Exposure to budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. **Job-Specific Skills:** * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). * Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel ,word and PPT and relevant design software. * Familiarity with ERP systems for project tracking and reporting. * Strong understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation. **Generic Skills:** * Communication Skills * Teamwork and Collaboration * Time Management * Problem-Solving Roles & Responsibilities * **Scheduling & Budgeting** * **Risk Management** * Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * **Documentation** * Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, drawings, and change orders. * **Coordination & Communication** * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with design, production, procurement, and quality teams. * Act as a liaison between engineering and manufacturing departments. * Vendor & Contractor Management * Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors. * Ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * **Stakeholders Reporting** * Provide regular updates to Project Manager and stakeholders on project status. * Develop and maintain project schedules. * Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
