Project Engineer-Fitout

**Job Title: Project Engineer-Fitout** **Location: Dubai, UAE** **Employment Type: Full Time** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise all interior fit-out activities for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. * Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and daily/weekly site updates. * Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements. * Coordinate MEP and architectural interfaces to avoid clashes and delays. * Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. * Assist in cost control, variation orders, and quantity verification. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during execution. * Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Participate in project meetings and prepare technical documentation. * Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects in UAE.
