We're Hiring | Project EngineerSpecialization: Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringRAS Group is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join the Maisan Expansion Project.Location: Baghdad, Iraq~ Level: Team LeadKey Responsibilities:• Lead the overall execution of the project to achieve safety, quality, schedule, cost, and performance objectives.Develop and implement project execution strategies,plans, and resource requirements.Manage engineering, procurement, construction,commissioning, and project control activities.Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, and costperformance.Identify project risks and implement effective mitigationplans.Manage project contracts, variations, claims, andcontractual obligations.Act as the primary point of contact with clients,contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, HSE standards, and industry regulations.Provide regular project status reports, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to senior management.Lead, mentor, and develop the project team while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering orElectrical Engineering.20+ years of relevant project engineering experience.Strong leadership and project management capabilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Primavera.
