Project Engineer (MEP)

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Engineer – MEP to support and coordinate the execution of construction projects. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring technical compliance, and contributing to the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects in line with quality and UAE regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate MEP works across multiple projects. * Manage daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. * Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards. * Review and coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report delays or issues with proposed solutions. * Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in coordination with the Project Manager. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance. * Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain project standards. * Oversee material procurement, delivery schedules, and site requirements. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover processes. **Requirements & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. * **6–7 years of experience** in MEP project execution. * Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV systems. * Familiarity with UAE codes, standards, and authority requirements. * Proven ability to handle site coordination and supervise teams effectively. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination tools. * Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
