Project Engineer - Waste Water Treatment

**Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, scheduled, organized, controlled, and evaluated construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget. * Liaise closely with the design/engineering team and ensure the final design is timely developed and client approval is secured. * Prepare technical data sheets, material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, requests for proposals, and other construction-related correspondences and reports. * Develop detailed project plans and regularly monitor actual progress against established schedules and budgets. * Ensure that all the Company policies and procedures for ISO and OHSAS are strictly followed and maintained. * Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs and ensure variation orders are communicated timely to the clients. * Identify risks throughout the project lifecycle, analyze them, and ensure an effective response plan is implemented. * Perform project closeout walk-throughs with the client and verify that all project closeout documents and punch list items are completed. **QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:** * University Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 10 years of GCC experience in Project Management pertaining to water, wastewater, and industrial effluent, with at least four of which as Project Manager. PMP certification is a plus. * Experience with a manufacturing company in the field of water & wastewater treatment is preferable. * In-depth Technical knowledge of **water and wastewater treatment process** and its equipment - Mandatory. * Working Knowledge of Health & Safety. * Pro at Cost & Risk Analysis, AUTO CAD, ISO Knowledge & PM Software. * UAE Driving License is required. **Language Skills:** * English - fluent is a must. * Arabic - preferable. * German - would be an additional.
