Project Estimator / Civil Engineer

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions. * Review drawings, specifications, and project documents. * Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis. * Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. * Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams. * Assist in project planning, budgeting, and cost control. * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in estimation and quantity surveying. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software. * Knowledge of UAE construction practices and market rates. * Strong analytical and communication skills. * UAE driving license preferred.
