Project Manager

**About the position** Our rapidly growing team is looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration across teams. We’re looking for a skilled organizer and communicator with leadership abilities and Agile project management expertise. You will be part of a team handling multiple simultaneous projects for various clients and internal 34ML products. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery. * Oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, account managers, and clients. * Organize and facilitate regular project meetings, such as kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives. * Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks. * Ensure accurate documentation for each project, including requirements, timelines, and outcomes. * Monitor and report on project progress using Agile methodology. * Drive accountability and ownership among team members while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere. * Support quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality project deliverables. * Leverage tools and metrics (e.g., Gantt charts, velocity, cycle time) for improved tracking and productivity. **Skills** * Experience: 1–3 years in project management or related roles. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field. * Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and other project management methodologies. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion). **Bonus Points** * Experience in software development or familiarity with technical workflows. * Basic account management skills. * Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM).
