Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to plan, oversee, and execute construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires leadership, technical knowledge, and strong communication to coordinate teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. **Responsibilities:** * Lead planning and implementation of construction projects. * Manage project scope, schedule, and budget. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients. * Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Monitor progress and adjust schedules and resources as needed. * Prepare project reports, proposals, and cost estimates. * Conduct regular site visits and inspections. * Resolve issues and conflicts on-site. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 8+ years of experience in construction project management. * Dubai Municipality G+12 approved engineer accreditation is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
