Project Manager

A High-Rise Project Manager \* leads the end-to-end execution of multi-story building developments, from pre-construction through to final handover. \* Responsible for managing budgets, complex vertical logistics, and on-site safety, while ensuring compliance with local authority regulations and architectural specifications * **Project Delivery:** Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring construction aligns with design specifications, structural integrity, and timeline milestones. * **Budget & Cost Control:** Monitor project costs, track expenses, negotiate with contractors, and process payment certificates. * **Vertical Logistics:** Oversee the specialized logistical needs of high-rise construction, including crane operations, material hoists, and workforce vertical transportation. * **Safety & Compliance (HSE):** Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on site to mitigate the high-risk nature of multi-story construction. * **Stakeholder Coordination:** Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, main contractors, and local government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality in the UAE) to secure permits and approvals. * **Risk & Claims Management:** Identify potential project risks, track variation orders, and handle contractual claims Work Location: In person
