Project Manager

**Designation:** Project Manager – Construction **Experience:** Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in the construction industry. Minimum 7-8 years of experience within the UAE construction industry. **Department:** Technical **Reporting To**: Directors **Work Location:** Site / Office **Salary Range:** AED 14,000 – 16,000 Job Purpose The Project Manager – Construction is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects from initiation through completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities · **Project Planning & Execution** Lead all project phases from initiation to handover, defining scope, timelines, and budgets. · **Scheduling & Resource Management** Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to keep projects on track and within budget. · **Stakeholder Coordination** Serve as the primary link between clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. · **Site Supervision** Oversee daily site operations, mentor teams, and drive productivity and performance. · **Compliance & Quality Control** Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and project quality standards. · **Risk & Issue Management** Identify potential delays and risks early, and execute mitigation plans swiftly. · **Procurement & Contracts** Manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract administration efficiently. · **Reporting & Communication** Deliver clear progress updates, financial reports, and risk assessments to all stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and contract management. * Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or similar tools. * Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Strong financial management, negotiation budgeting skills. Roles, Authority & Accountability * Identify resource requirements and manage allocation (internal and external), changes in scope, schedule, and budget effectively. * Develop and control project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Prepare detailed project plans, including milestones, workstreams, and deliverables and ensure project delivery aligns with the approved plan. * Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and manage strong stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
