**Project Manager – ELV Systems Project Delivery** **Company: SNCICT** **Location:** NEOM **Job Type:** Contract **Experience Required:** 5-8+ years **About the Role** We are looking for a **highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager** to lead the end-to-end delivery of **(ELV)** systems projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge combined with excellent project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage multiple ELV projects across commercial, industrial, data centers, hospitality, or infrastructure sectors. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and design coordination to execution, testing, commissioning, and handover. * Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks effectively. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Ensure all ELV systems are installed and integrated as per approved designs and specifications. * Oversee procurement, material approvals, and vendor management. * Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. * Manage project documentation, including RFIs, method statements, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. * Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and local authority regulations. * Monitor project financial performance (cost control, variations, cash flow, and profitability). * Lead and mentor project engineers, site supervisors, and technicians. **Key ELV Systems You Will Handle** * Structured Cabling & Networking * CCTV & Video Surveillance * Access Control * Fire Alarm system * Building Management Systems (BMS) * Fire Alarm Systems (integration) **Requirements & Qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication, or related field. * **Certifications** (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent. * **Experience**: Minimum **5-8 years** in ELV / Low Current Systems project management, with at least **5 years** in a Project Manager role. * Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale ELV projects * Strong knowledge of international * Experience working with main contractors and consultants in the GCC / Middle East / Asia is a big advantage. * Excellent command of English & Arabic. **Required Skills** * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office. * Solid understanding of project financials and variation management.
