Project Manager – Aluminium & Glass / Façade Works

**Job Summary:** Al Qassim Aluminium and Glass is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee aluminium, glass, and façade projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, resource management, client coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee aluminium, glazing, curtain wall, cladding, and façade projects. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities from commencement to handover. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. * Monitor project progress, costs, and resource allocation. * Lead site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Review project schedules, technical drawings, and contract requirements. * Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. * Prepare project reports and attend progress meetings with stakeholders. * Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in aluminium, glass, and façade projects. * Strong knowledge of curtain walls, glazing systems, cladding, doors, and windows. * Proven experience managing multiple projects and site teams. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships effectively. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. **Preferred:** * UAE Driving License. * PMP certification is an advantage. * Immediate joiners preferred. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
