Project Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager with **a minimum of 10 years of UAE-specific experience** and a proven track record in managing **high-rise construction projects**. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in overseeing complex developments from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards. Your deep understanding of local regulations, supply chains, and stakeholder dynamics will be critical to success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end project management for high-rise construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and safety standards. * Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to resolve challenges and align project objectives. * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies tailored to high-rise construction complexities. * Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality control and operational efficiency. * Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
