Project Manager - Civil Commercial

**Company:** Landship Engineering & Construction LLC **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Industry:** Civil Construction / Warehouse / Commercial / Industrial Projects **Job Overview** Landship Engineering & Construction LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead the end-to-end execution of warehouse, commercial, and industrial construction projects in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil construction project management, site supervision, contractor coordination, project scheduling, estimation, budget control, and quality management. This position is best suited for professionals with hands-on expertise in warehouse facilities, industrial buildings, logistics infrastructure, and commercial construction projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **end-to-end execution of warehouse, commercial, and industrial civil construction projects** * Develop and monitor **project schedules, milestones, work plans, and deliverables** * Coordinate with **clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments** * Ensure projects are completed **on time, within budget, and according to specifications** * Oversee **site operations, civil works, structural works, fit-out coordination, Fire & Safety, and MEP works.** * Track project progress and prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports** * Control **project budgets, variations, claims, and cost overruns** * Review and approve **drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical specifications** * Ensure compliance with **Abu Dhabi Municipality, local authority approvals, HSE, and QA/QC standards** * Conduct regular **site inspections and technical issue resolution** * Manage **procurement schedules, material planning, and supplier coordination** * Lead **risk management, issue escalation, and recovery plans for delays** * Ensure adherence to **UAE construction regulations and company policies** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field * Minimum **3+ years of** project/construction Manager experience and 10+ years of experience in Civil Construction * Proven experience in **warehouse, commercial, industrial, or logistics infrastructure projects** * Strong knowledge of **construction methods, materials, BOQ, Pricing, contracts, and local regulations** * Experience with **MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Excel reporting** * Excellent **leadership, team management, and contractor coordination skills** * Strong **communication, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities** * Prior experience working on projects in **Abu Dhabi / UAE** is Mandatory Pay: Up to AED16,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your Expected Salary? * Are you comfortable with the mentioned package?
