Project Manager - Civil Construction

**Number of Positions - 1** **Position : Project Manager** **Roles & Responsibilities :** * Communication ( with internal team members & external stakeholders ) including reporting . * Oversee and direct construction /building works from conception to completion * Oversee the onsite and offsite constructions and monitor compliance. * Assessing the constructability of the scope and coordinate with planners for development of a schedule . * Breaking down the scope into smaller packages and coordinate with procurement for specifications of the line items. * Monitoring the project contractual requirements including maintenance of documentation/approvals /invoicing . * Coordinate in preparation of shop drawings . * Direct and manage the work at the sites and ensure strict compliance on quality and safety . * Prepare lookaheads constantly & monitor project risks .Ensure progress of project and coordinate with sub contractors for timely deliverables. **Qualifications & Educational Requirements:** * Graduate Civil Engineer with 10+ Years of experience mainly in building works or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 15 Years of experience. * Knowledge of Microsoft Suite ( Word , Excel , PowerPoint) , AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera . * Any Authority accreditations ( DM/Trakhees) would be a plus. * Local Dubai experience in High rise construction **Preferred Skills :** * Good communication skills . * People Manager with team building skills . * Knowledge of International Construction Practices including forms of Contracts. * A multitasker who can handle the nuances of a building construction project. **Preferred :** * Age : Less than 45 yrs * Valid Drivers License * Locally Available * Highrise experience. **Salary & Benefits :** As per current market trend.
