Project Manager (Civil Engineer – Villa Construction)

**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager (Civil Engineer)** to lead and manage villa construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site experience, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality residential projects on time and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and manage villa construction projects from initiation to handover * Oversee site activities, contractors, consultants, and suppliers * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget * Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and standards * Manage project schedules, risks, and resources effectively * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities * Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards * Prepare progress reports and project documentation * Lead project teams and ensure effective communication * Perform **any other tasks assigned** by management **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** * Minimum **5–10 years of experience** in construction, with a focus on villas/residential projects * Strong experience in UAE construction projects * Proven experience in project management and site supervision * Knowledge of local regulations and authority approvals in Dubai * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Project management : 5 years (Required) * Managing Villas Project: 5 years (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) License/Certification: * PMP / CAPM (Preferred) * Driving License (Required) Work Location: In person
